FAQs

Naturopathic medicine is a system that uses natural remedies to help the body heal itself. The goal of naturopathic medicine is to treat the whole person – that means mind, body, and spirit. It also aims to heal the root causes of an illness – not just stop the symptoms.

Our Naturopathy practitioner focuses on long-term health and prevention, though she can also help with acute and chronic conditions too. We can work with you to address a wide range of conditions including gastrointestinal issues, stress and nervous tension, sleeplessness, fertility problems, mental health, headaches, joint health, and skin conditions.

Naturopathy is a complementary therapy in that it may be used alongside other medical and therapeutic techniques. Always be guided by your doctor or specialist before using Naturopathy for any serious or chronic illness.
