Clinical Naturopath
BSc (Microbiology), BHSc (Naturopathy)
Sarah Woolner is a naturopath, a mother, and a lover of nature. In her 5+ years of practicing Naturopathy, Sarah has provided guidance and support for patients in making practical and sustainable lifestyle changes. Education and empowerment are the best clinical tools that Sarah has to offer; seeing her patients take control of their health and elevate their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing are Sarah’s favourite part of her role at Adytum.
Being an enthusiastic learner, Sarah is constantly engaging in further studies. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science (Microbiology), a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), and is currently completing a Master of Mental Health.
Sarah’s specific clinical interests include:
- Women’s hormonal health (PCOS, endometriosis, menstrual complaints, fertility, and prenatal support).
- Thyroid disease (Hashimoto’s disease, Grave’s disease, thyroid nodules, subclinical thyroid dysfunction).
- Mental health.
- Gut and immune dysfunction.
Sarah will help you to unravel your health story and understand the symptoms you are experiencing.
Together you will identify the drivers of disease and create a treatment plan that aligns with your health goals and values. Upon follow-up appointments, Sarah continues to reassess and refine your plan to keep you moving forward on your journey to good health and vitality.

Lauren Illig is a clinical Naturopath and Herbalist who uses a holistic approach to restore balance within the body. She is guided by the Naturopathic Principles and uses the latest scientific research when treating clients.
Her practice, inspired by her own personal discovery of the healing powers within, begins from a place of empowerment and education and she is passionate about teaching people to take care of themselves for the long-term, not just treating in the present moment.
Lauren will utilise tools from nature including dietary and lifestyle modifications, as well as herbal and nutritional medicine to bring your body back into a balanced state and help you achieve your desired health goals.
Lauren’s specific clinical interests include:
- Women’s health (menstrual irregularities, heavy/painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, preconception care, fertility support)
- Skin Conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis)
- Mental Health (stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia)
- Digestive Health
- Sports performance
- Weight management
Lauren is always furthering her knowledge by keeping up to date with the latest research, attending workshops and webinars within the field and is currently completing a postgraduate degree in Sports Performance and Nutrition.
