Adytum Reservation Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation. This allows us to ensure you are relaxed, properly consulted and ready to make the most of your experience. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not have time to complete the service as a whole and as such, it may need to be rescheduled or moved to the next available reservation.

Cancellations and Deposits

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, if you cancel or make any changes within this time you will be charged 50% of the booking total to the credit card provided when making your reservation. This policy applies to those using a gift card also.

Manicures and Pedicures

If you have booked a Manicure or Pedicure treatment, please ensure that you arrive with polish-free nails. If you require removal of your polish, we will only remove EVO gel, please ensure that removal has been added to your booking. We will not remove gel polishes that have been applied by other establishments, as we cannot be sure of the product used or, the application process undertaken.

Gift Cards

All Adytum Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Adytum Gift Cards have no expiry date.

Age Requirements

For the safety and comfort of our staff and clients, we ask that no children or additional guests accompany you to your reservation. This includes newborns. We ask that you please make arrangements before your visit as we may need to reschedule.


All Adytum treatments are available for those 16 years and over.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

If you are, or think you may be pregnant, please inform our friendly staff prior to your visit as certain treatments may not be suitable for mums to be and nursing mums.

Medical Conditions

Prior to your booking, please let us know of any medical concerns, allergies or injuries you may have.
