As a Greek Macedonian, when conceiving Adytum Renee was inspired by the notion of integrating ancient healing modalities, many of which have their roots in Ancient Greece, with highly considered and architecturally designed spaces, inspired by the monolithic forms and sandstone tones of Hellenic ruins. 

Renee’s foray into the health and wellness industry began as a child, growing up in her mother’s hair and beauty salon. Here, Renee would spend every weekend and the school holidays sweeping the floors and folding towels. It is during these formative years that Renee first observed the true power of wellness practices for both leisure, self-care and community wellbeing. 

Having launched many successful businesses, Renee finds joy in building meaningful brands that enhance daily experiences for the consumer, creating openings for distinction through innovation. 

When she’s not running Adytum, Renee is raising her three children; Rose, Dimitri and Eva alongside her husband, Glen.
